Terms of use
1. Orders and deliveries
Please note that some of the products in this web-site are for professional use only.
Orders are executed exceptionally at the territory of Bulgaria.
Orders over 100 BGN are delivered free of charge.
Orders up to the amount of 99,99 BGN have additionally 10 BGN for the courier service.
Orders received before 12 a.m. will be delivered in two working days.
Orders received after12 a.m. will be delivered in three working days.
Star Nails Bulgaria is always trying to meet the deadlines of deliveries. However we could not influence unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that deliveries depend on the official holidays.
2. Payments, prices and VAT
All products are shown in BGN with 20% VAT included. In English version prices are calculated in EUR according to the official exchange rate (1EUR=1,95583 BGN)
Cash payments are accepted in all the offices of Star Nails Bulgaria.
Payment could be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery or via Epay as well.
Orders paid by bank transfer are executed after receiving the whole payment.
3. Special offers
Special offers and promotions are valid for online orders only and are not connected with other discount offers for the same period.
4. Goods in stock
Generally all the products have quantities in stock.
If a particular product is out of stock at the moment, it could be sent as soon as it is available in stock.
If the term of delivery of that product is unacceptable for you, our assistants will provide you with information and suggestions about analogous products of our range.
5. Receiving shipments
In order to be entirely at your service, please follow these rules:
- do not sign the bill of lading before checking the shipment, its content and entirety
- if the goods are damaged from the transportation, please require a protocol for the damages or do not accept the shipment. Please send a copy of the protocol by fax to the Star Nails office.
- If you have any doubts how to proceed, please contact Star Nails assistant first for additional information.
- when receiving shipment, please check all the items in the inventory.
- if there are any differences between the received products and the inventory, you could put in a claim at Star Nails office where the order was placed. We will accept your claim two working days after the date of receiving the shipment

8. Trainings
Star Nails Bulgaria professional training center offers:
Courses for beginners: Manicure, Pedicure, Nail Extention
Courses for professionals – additional qualification, second level: Manicure, Pedicure, Nail Extention
Trainings are conducted by ambitious and experienced tutors who train not only the basic rules of the manicure and pedicure services but also give practical advices.
For detailed information and registration, please contact our assistants on phone 032/622968 for trainings in Plovdiv and on phone 02/983 6163 for trainings in Sofa.
9. Confidentiality
Star Nails Bulgaria appreciates our cooperation. That is why it is very important for us to assure confidence in our relations. We are obliged not to reveal any personal information before third part and to use the data only for the purposes of receiving and executing orders. Your data is needed in order to serve you the best way and to make our work together easier. We keep the following information provided from you: your name, address, contacts (phone, e-mail) and company data.
10. Right for changes
Star Nails Bulgaria has the right to change at any time without notice prices and products, shown in this site. We are trying to publish correct and complete product information but it is possible to make mistake. We would appreciate if you notice and inform us for incorrect contents in our web-site.
11.Professionals
Star Nails Bulgaria is not responsible for improper storage of the products bought from us. Star Nails Bulgaria is a supplier of products for professional use. When purchasing such products you should be aware of their usage and features. Star Nails Bulgaria is not responsible for problems caused by irregular treatments.
